Equipment and facilities

Our Group has two production bases whose building area totals over 100,000 square

meters.
We also have seven KBA printing machines and the world’s most advanced Trendsetter 4557 CTP which can be connected with multiple printing machines. The printing color fully brin-gs about the data simulator-based color mark with  standard color blending. Additionally, our company is equipped with three cutting-edge production lines for imported corrugated board-s as well as over 30 full-automatic  assembly lines, over 20 full-automatic / semi-automaticWorld Box make-up machines, over 20 full-automatic fusing press machines, over 20 autom-atic hydraulic cutting pressers and other post-printing automation equipment, which totalmore than 500 sets.   
        To further meet the customers’ needs, our company purchased KBA 164-5+L and 145-5+L full-automatic high speed printing machine each in 2017, which solved the problems of la-rge-scale color printing equipment in the printing industry.

With more than 30 lab test devices and have-set up a product inspection room which focuses on the test of the physical property of the raw materials and the suppliers’ semi-finished products and finished products as well as the-test of the heavy metal and halogen contained therein.
